EAI Industry Consortium Announces over 30 New Members in August

London, September 8 /PRNewswire/ -- The EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) Industry Consortium today announced that it welcomed over 30 new members to the Consortium in August. This includes 16 end-user companies, 14 other companies consisting of vendors, Systems Integrators and Consultancies and a number of individuals and students from all over the world. The total number of EAI Consortium members now totals over 100.
The EAI Industry Consortium has been experiencing a greatly increased number of new members joining over recent months due to the increased activities of the group in both Europe and North America. The UK saw the first user group meeting in July and a number of new papers on EAI best practices have been published on the Consortium's website. There are also now 10 individual committees within the Consortium focusing on specific areas of EAI, such as Adaptor Technology, Web Services and Business Process Integration.
