Graduate Consultants
We select our Graduate Consultants based on their tertiary qualifications which include Computer Science, Computer Studies, Engineering, IT (Applied), Mathematics and other technical university degrees. In conjunction with Macquarie University, GLiNTECH participates in placement training programs for Masters level IT students.
Training is provided through a combination of on-the-job mentoring, study groups and technical certifications. Due to GLiNTECH's demanding selection process, our graduates are typically ready to be placed on client projects within 3 months, working alongside a GLiNTECH senior consultant mentor.
Typical certifications and technical tutorials include:
- The Java Technology Certification Learning Path
- Microsoft Certification Path (MCITP, MCPD, MCTS, MCAD, etc)
- Attending Partner Seminars (e.g. TIBCO, IBM, SUN)
