Invoicing Clerk - Sales Support

The role offers the opportunity to grow into a senior accounts or sales position including an Account Manager.

You will be responsible for the following:

Creating invoices and quotes in Salesforce

  • Updating deal information in the Salesforce CRM
  • Corresponding with the customer and the vendors to create the perfect quote in a timely manner
  • Working with the Accounts Officer for Accounts Receivable
  • Entering deal registration with a variety of software vendors using their platform
  • Managing corresponding vendor POs and Quotes
  • Follow-up with customers for software keys and payments
  • Provide support to our high-performing team of Account Manager

What skills will I be using?

The right person has:

  • Excellent eye for detail and a sense of urgency
  • Excellent organisational skills, good at time management and the ability to prioritize workload
  • Customer service oriented with an enthusiastic and energetic attitude to dealing with our client's needs
  • An accounting or bookkeeping background
  • A good understanding of Salesforce and Xero would be beneficial to hit the ground running.
