Here's your chance to work in an IT company leading the local market with new and exciting innovative technologies. 


As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintain the Company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Salesforce) including adding new leads, account & contact creation, delegating follow up tasks and basic reporting.

  • Licence Management: new licence and renewals reconciliation (IBM, Atlassian, Red Hat & Puppet).

  • Sales Support: preparation of quotations, purchase orders and tax invoices, which also incorporates liaising with the appropriate points of contact (partners, vendors and customers). 

  • Fielding customer inbound inquiries (clients and prospects). You will need to ensure all leads are progressed in a timely manner, including ad-hoc support with qualifying into opportunities.

  • Manage Partner Portals through the creation and tracking of deal registrations and opportunities (IBM, Red Hat and Puppet).

  • Providing support to our Client Executive and Account Managers.

  • Weekly sales meeting preparation and facilitation.

  • Assisting with event management.


What skills will I be using?

You'll no doubt bring a lot of skills to the job, but here are the things you must have: 

  • 1-2 years experience working in a similar sales orientated role

  • Excellent communication skills including both written and exceptional phone manner

  • Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results

  • High level organisational skills are necessary, time management and the ability to prioritize workload

  • A self motivated, "can do" attitude goes a long way! The right candidate should have an eagerness to learn & take ownership in the role


Nice to have:

  • Experience using Salesforce CRM 

  • Telephone sales experience is highly advantageous

  • A background or interest in software development or products 

  • Tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline
