We're looking for a Technical Services Consultant - Atlassian Expert to join us in growing our new Melbourne based team by assisting our current and future clients.
Enjoying the fast pace of consulting is a must, as you will be skilled up quickly. After a short period of shadowing our best consultants, you will be working on client projects within the first 2 months.
You have worked with Atlassian tools, have some knowledge of their administration and have the desire to tune your technical skills.
Be agile and adaptable, with the ability to think quickly and deliver autonomously.
Have experience with an agile methodology - particularly Scrum and/or SAFe.
You're a senior professional who understands how to communicate effectively to both business and technical teams.
Be able to manage multiple clients and deliverables at any given time through effective time-management.
Not phased when working in highly ambiguous environments and have some cross-platform troubleshooting experience.
About the role:
As a Senior Consultant specialising in Atlassian, you will:
Delve deeply into Confluence, Jira and other Atlassian tools to become an expert.
Be involved in pre-sales, scoping, planning, designing and implementing the Atlassian toolset.
Help clients implement agile digital transformations.
Liaise with internal stakeholders on business needs and contribute to the technical design and development of business solutions.
Lead upgrades of different Atlassian tool versions.
Lead migration projects across different platforms, e.g. Cloud to Server, Server to DC.
4+ years of experience in a technical role.
The willingness and ability to travel domestically, approximately 30% of the time to meet client needs.
Either a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
At least 1 year experience with the Atlassian toolset - either as a user, developer or administrator.
The right to work full-time in Australia.
