Atlassian Support End of Life Policy Updated for 2018



At GLiNTECH, we're committed to ensuring that you have high-quality support for your Atlassian products for as long as you need. 


That's why we want to make sure you're aware of all upcoming end of life dates to help you understand which of your products are covered by Atlassian's support services, and which need to be updated. 

Atlassian will provide support for feature versions of their products for up to two years after the release of that particular version. For example, if you're using Jira Core 7.2.3 or any other version of Jira Core 7.2 - you'll be supported for two years after the initial release of Jira Core 7.2. Beyond this period, the product is considered "end of life" and is no longer eligible for support.

If your product/version is not listed, checkout the Developer's website to learn when the initial iteration was released. If it's more than 2 years ago, it has reached its end of life.
