David Alexander has worked in the IT industry for over 15 years in a variety of architecture, engineering and presales roles.
He maintains a high level of technical expertise, and uses this expertise along with operational management insights to drive architecture and design.
His consulting background has given him an excellent foundation to draw from when providing strategic IT advice to businesses and organisations, and currently, he works at Puppet as the Senior Sales Engineer for the ANZ region.


David Shackelford

Group Product Manager, Event Intelligence at Pagerduty

David leads the Event Intelligence product group at PagerDuty, developing advanced event automation, intelligence, and insight to help organizations turn monitoring chaos into actionable insight. As one of the company’s first PMs, David has led development on nearly every area of the PagerDuty platform, from the new-user experience to enterprise configuration to the mobile apps.

Prior to the devops space, he worked in education technology, developing solutions to help classroom teachers scale their impact in the neediest schools and districts.


Eric Tan

Docker Inc., Solutions Engineer

Eric Tan is a Solutions Engineer at Docker, helping customers adopt container technology across the entire Software Supply Chain enabling them to become more agile while maintaining a cost effective, portable and controlled IT infrastructure.

Prior to joining Docker, he was a Sale Engineer at AppDynamics and Dynatrace, contributing to the APM growth in the APAC region.
