Atlassian Technical Project Manager
Position: Full time Position
Location: Based in Sydney

GLiNTECH is seeking an Atlassian Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, technology-enabled transformation initiatives. In this role, you will manage end-to-end delivery of Atlassian-centric programs, working closely with clients, consultants, and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes across enterprise environments.
About the role:
As an Atlassian Technical Project Manager, you will:
- Lead the delivery of complex technical and transformation projects across Atlassian platforms
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and quality across multiple workstreams
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear delivery plans and execution roadmaps
- Ensure strong governance, reporting, and executive visibility throughout the project lifecycle
- Support Agile and hybrid delivery models, including sprint planning, release management, and go-live readiness
- Partner with Sales, Delivery Managers, and consultants to ensure alignment across broader transformation programs
- Contribute to pre-sales activities including estimates, delivery approaches, and transition to delivery
About you:
- Proven experience delivering complex technical or platform-based projects in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Hands-on experience working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, JSM, Jira Align advantageous)
- Ability to manage technical dependencies, risks, and integrations
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, outcomes-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar delivery role
- Experience delivering projects involving enterprise platforms, integrations, or complex system landscapes
- Atlassian ecosystem experience strongly preferred
- Full-time work rights in Australia
