ITSM Consultant

We're seeking an ITSM Consultant to join our dynamic Professional Services team at GLiNTECH, a Valiantys company. As we continue to expand our ITSM Consulting practice, we are seeking a candidate with strong consulting expertise, who excels in client and project management.
About the role:
As a member of the ITSM Consulting team, you will:
- Work collaboratively with the delivery team to help clients succeed with Jira Service Management
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, providing best-in-class solutions
- Develop various ITSM related technical solutions based on Atlassian and GLiNTECH best practice
- Implement solutions for our clients using Atlassian Cloud and the Service Management product collection.
- Assist colleagues on complex projects, providing coaching and cross-skilling where appropriate
- Understand and deliver effective change management and enablement for successful projects
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on business needs and contribute to new services and packages
- Assist in pre-sales meetings with clients, presenting the tools and solutions and helping uncover commercial opportunities
- Longer term, we'll help you to grow and mature the ITSM practice, taking a lead in growing the practice
About you:
- You have a consulting mindset; you can isolate problems, identify solutions and manage expectations effectively
- You have first-hand experience with ITSM practices and understand the problems that modern IT managers face
- Demonstrate expertise in client and project management with a strong consulting background
- You have a passion for technology and proven experience across a wide range of popular enterprise software and solutions
- Experience implementing ITSM software (e.g. ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management, etc.) is highly regarded
- You're agile and adaptable, with the ability to think quickly and deliver autonomously
- You can communicate and present information effectively, adapting your style to suit the audience
- Qualifications such as being ITIL Certified will be highly regarded
Must have:
- Either a Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience working with ITSM solutions in enterprise environments
- The right to work full-time in Australia

Our Hiring Process:
- After being shortlisted, you will receive a phone call so we can get to know you beyond your application. If you are successful to go to the next stage, you will be invited to attend a Zoom interview with HR and the Hiring Manager.
- In this interview, we will share our company vision, culture and team dynamics. We will chat about the position, opportunities for growth and hear why you are a good fit for this role. If we are all happy to continue, you will then have the opportunity for a 2nd interview.
- This 2nd interview is about the technical aspects of the role and your experience. A team member, the Hiring Manager and a Director will attend this meeting and if successful, an employment offer will be made within 72 hours.
