GLiNTECH is looking for a proactive and experienced Partner Relationship Manager, APAC to drive strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives across the APAC region. In this role, you will work closely with key vendors to develop impactful joint campaigns that expand our regional presence and strengthen our industry relationships.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic alliances, ensuring seamless collaboration on marketing efforts, and aligning regional strategies with our broader business objectives.
Reporting to the General Manager EVP of APAC and indirectly to the Global Marketing team, this position provides the unique opportunity to craft innovative go-to-market strategies in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful initiatives and work with some of the biggest names in tech while shaping Valiantys presence in the APAC region.
About the role:
As the Partner Relationship Manager APAC, you will:
- Collaborate with Global Marketing team to build and nurture partnerships with our key vendors like AWS and Atlassian, managing the creation and execution of strategic campaigns.
- Work closely with the internal teams to align brand strategies and tailor them to the specific dynamics of the APAC region.
- Partner with sales teams to develop and implement demand-generation strategies that drive pipeline growth.
- Manage marketing funds provided by vendors to create impactful joint campaigns that boost brand visibility and accelerate growth in APAC.
- Develop strategic go-to-market plans by leveraging industry insights and partner programs to identify and maximise new business opportunities.
- Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to deliver measurable business outcomes for the APAC region.
- Track and measure the success of campaigns and lead funnels, refining strategies to ensure maximum return on investment and impact.
- Align with global marketing and relationship management teams to maintain consistency and strategic cohesion across all regional efforts.
- Analyse market trends and competitive insights to refine growth strategies and maximise the value of partnerships.
About you:
- You have experience in strategic marketing and campaign management, especially in partnership-driven initiatives with global vendors.
- You excel at building strong relationships, engaging effectively with senior stakeholders across internal teams and partner organisations.
- You have a proven ability to manage complex vendor relationships, including navigating joint marketing funds and aligning regional campaigns with broader business objectives.
- You are adept at managing and tailoring marketing strategies to suit diverse regional needs, with a deep understanding of APAC market dynamics.
- You have a talent for blending innovative strategies with data-driven insights to drive business growth and elevate brand visibility.
Must have:
- 3-5 years of experience in managing strategic marketing campaigns, preferably within technology or cloud-based partnerships.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and effectively utilise marketing resources to drive successful joint initiatives.
- Full-time work rights in Australia.

Our Hiring Process:
After being shortlisted, you will receive a phone call so we can get to know you beyond your application. If you are successful to go to the next stage, you will be invited to attend a Zoom interview with HR and the Hiring Manager.
In this interview we will share our company vision, culture and team dynamics. We will chat about the position, opportunities for growth and hear from you more about your experiences and skills, why you are a good fit for this role etc. If we are all happy to progress to next stage, you will then have the opportunity for a 2nd interview.
This 2nd interview is about the technical aspects of the role and your experience. A team member, the Hiring Manager and a Director will attend this meeting and if successful, an employment offer will be made within 72 hours.
