GLiNTECH, a Valiantys company, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Partner Relationship Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with key technology partners and supporting joint go-to-market initiatives.

As part of a global marketing function, you’ll collaborate with Valiantys marketing team to align on international strategy, while also working closely with local team and stakeholders to tailor regional initiatives. This role plays a vital part in driving partner engagement, enhancing brand visibility, and contributing to revenue growth through joint marketing efforts.

About the role:
As the Partner Relationship Specialist, you will:

  • Plan and execute co-branded campaigns in partnership with vendors like AWS and Atlassian.
  • Coordinate joint event planning, including logistics, budgeting, and follow-up activities.
  • Manage and nurture strategic partner relationships to support long-term collaboration.
  • Track and report on Market Development Funds (MDF) to ensure optimal utilisation.
  • Monitor co-sell pipelines and oversee vendor deal registrations.
  • Submit and manage campaigns through vendor portals.
  • Prepare partner performance reports to assess outcomes and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing team to localise events and social media content.
  • Partner with the SEO Specialist to refine analytics, reporting, and optimise digital presence.


About you:

  • A mid-level marketing professional with experience in partner or alliance marketing.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Confident in working with data to make informed decisions and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Tech-savvy and able to navigate various marketing tools and vendor platforms.
  • Able to balance global alignment with local execution and creativity.

Must have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in executing strategic marketing campaigns, preferably within technology or cloud-based partnerships.
  • Experience with vendor relationships and effectively utilise marketing resources to drive successful joint initiatives.
  • Full-time work rights in Australia.

Our Hiring Process:

After being shortlisted, you will receive a phone call so we can get to know you beyond your application. If you are successful to go to the next stage, you will be invited to attend a Zoom interview with HR and the Hiring Manager.

In this interview we will share our company vision, culture and team dynamics. We will chat about the position, opportunities for growth and hear from you more about your experiences and skills, why you are a good fit for this role etc. If we are all happy to progress to next stage, you will then have the opportunity for a 2nd interview.

This 2nd interview is about the technical aspects of the role and your experience. A team member, the Hiring Manager and a Director will attend this meeting and if successful, an employment offer will be made within 72 hours.
