GLiNTECH is expanding its Transformation Practice and is seeking a Principal Transformation Consultant - ESM to lead complex, enterprise-wide service transformation initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving large-scale change across IT and business teams through service management excellence, enterprise workflow modernisation, and operating model transformation. You will lead high-impact consulting engagements, navigate complex change programs, and help organisations realise the full value of the Atlassian ecosystem and beyond, thriving in a dynamic environment focused on solving challenging business problems.

About the role:

As a Principal Transformation Consultant - ESM, you will:

  • Lead enterprise-wide ESM transformation initiatives using Atlassian’s Service Collection, delivering measurable business outcomes through modern service frameworks
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for senior executives, guiding strategic decisions and complex transformation programs
  • Design and implement scalable service operating models and cross-functional workflows aligned to business and IT needs
  • Translate complex organisational requirements into impactful, outcome-driven solutions across the Atlassian ecosystem
  • Ensure the successful delivery of high-value consulting engagements with a strong focus on client satisfaction and results
  • Collaborate with internal practices to co-create tailored transformation offerings
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities, supporting account growth through upsell, cross-sell, and sales pursuits
  • Partner with sales and senior consultants on strategic planning, proposals, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Mentor and develop consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and contributing to GLiNTECH’s intellectual property, frameworks, and practice growth

About you:

  • 10+ years of consulting experience, ideally delivering business and IT transformation at scale
  • Proven ability to lead complex engagements and build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders
  • Strong delivery leadership with a track record of driving successful outcomes in challenging environments
  • Hands-on experience implementing enterprise service management platforms such as Atlassian, ServiceNow, BMC, or Zendesk
  • Ability to align IT solutions with business processes, enabling consistency, collaboration, and operational efficiency
  • Strategic thinker who effectively bridges technical and business perspectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in executive-level presentations and facilitation
  • Collaborative, curious, and passionate about continuous improvement, modern service experiences, and building high-performing teams

Must have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent relevant industry experience
  • Senior consulting experience with a strong track record delivering enterprise-scale ESM and ITSM initiatives, including operating model design and workflow transformation in complex organisations
  • Recognised certifications in ITSM, ESM, Agile, Atlassian, or related service management disciplines
  • Full-time work rights in Australia

  • After being shortlisted, you will receive a phone call so we can get to know you beyond your application. If you are successful to go to the next stage, you will be invited to attend a Zoom interview with HR and the Hiring Manager.
  • In this interview, we will share our company vision, culture and team dynamics. We will chat about the position, opportunities for growth and hear why you are a good fit for this role. If we are all happy to continue, you will then have the opportunity for a 2nd interview.
  • This 2nd interview is about the technical aspects of the role and your experience. A team member, the Hiring Manager and a Director will attend this meeting and if successful, an employment offer will be made within 72 hours.
