Senior Marketing Manager

Valiantys, a global leader in consulting and services for Atlassian solutions, is searching for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives across the APAC region. Reporting to the Group CMO and the Regional General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that fuel pipeline growth, elevate brand visibility, and deliver measurable results.
This is a regional role with an APAC-wide remit, but you’ll be based in our Sydney office, home to GLiNTECH, the Australian arm of Valiantys and a trusted Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner with 25 years of success in the market. From here, you’ll collaborate closely with global colleagues, regional leaders, and sales teams while also leading and expanding a talented APAC marketing team.
About the role:
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute APAC marketing campaigns aligned to global brand strategies while tailoring them to local markets.
- Collaborate with sales for demand-generation programs that accelerate pipeline growth.
- Design and oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, content) that resonate with different audiences across ANZ, SEA, and drive measurable business results.
- Leverage vendor marketing funds (e.g., Atlassian, AWS) to create impactful joint campaigns that strengthen our partnership.
- Implement data-driven reporting and analytics, ensuring marketing performance is tracked, insights are shared, and strategies are refined for maximum ROI and impact.
- Analyse market trends and competitive insights to refine growth strategies and identify new opportunities in the region.
- Align with global marketing peers to ensure consistency, cohesion, and knowledge sharing across all initiatives.
- Drive global industry solutions across APAC through thought leadership, targeted messaging, and strategic storytelling.
- Evaluate and optimise marketing tools and technologies to improve campaign efficiency, reporting accuracy, and scalability.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure marketing directly supports business outcomes.
About you:
- You have professional services industry experience with a strong track record in strategic marketing and campaign management.
- You are skilled at building senior stakeholder relationships and influencing across teams and partner organisations.
- You have proven experience managing complex vendor relationships, including joint marketing initiatives and co-funding models.
- You understand APAC market dynamics, with demonstrated success in tailoring campaigns for SEA and other regional markets.
- You balance creativity with a data-driven mindset, blending innovative ideas with measurable impact.
- Proficiency in either Japanese, Korean or Chinese is highly desirable, given the regional scope of this role.
Must have:
- Proven success in managing strategic marketing campaigns in cloud, technology, or professional services.
- Strong understanding of Atlassian solutions, AWS services, or the broader technology ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and joint marketing funds.
- Full-time work rights in Australia.
