Technical Trainer

About the role:
Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, you will:
- Become an advocate and subject matter expert in the Atlassian product suite (Jira, JSM, JPD, and related tools)
- Deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques, both virtually and in person
- Contribute to and deliver the wider Change management plan, supplementing training activites with all the appropriate user experience elements for a successful project delivery
- Design, develop, and maintain training materials including presentations, lab exercises, and supporting documentation
- Develop a strong understanding of client environments, including ITSM, Agile at scale, and digital transformation initiatives
- Support change management efforts, stakeholder engagement, and communications to drive adoption of new ways of working
- Support the execution of our broader training and change management strategy
- Facilitate discovery workshops and contribute to continuous improvement of our training offerings
- Deliver internal enablement sessions to upskill our Professional Services team on emerging technologies
About you:
- Demonstrated experience developing training materials in enterprise environments
- Experience working with enterprise applications such as Jira Software, Jira Service Management or other Atlassian tools
- Experience supporting change management initiatives, communications, and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption and business transformation
- Strong understanding of Agile ways of working, operating model design, and transformation programs
- Experience working within a Lean-Agile PMO, Agile Centre of Excellence (COE), or Delivery COE
- SAFe SPC (Scaled Agile Framework Practice Consultant) certification or equivalent (highly regarded)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- The ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong organisational skills and understanding of project/service delivery
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a strong team-oriented approach
Must have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs within enterprise environments
- 5+ years experience in a scaled Agile environment (with practical Scrum Master experience preferred)
- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives
- Full working rights in Australia

Our Hiring Process:
- After being shortlisted, you will receive a phone call so we can get to know you beyond your application. If you are successful to go to the next stage, you will be invited to attend a Zoom interview with HR and the Hiring Manager.
- In this interview, we will share our company vision, culture and team dynamics. We will chat about the position, opportunities for growth and hear why you are a good fit for this role. If we are all happy to continue, you will then have the opportunity for a 2nd interview.
- This 2nd interview is about the technical aspects of the role and your experience. A team member, the Hiring Manager and a Director will attend this meeting and if successful, an employment offer will be made within 72 hours.
