Managed Services Moving to The Cloud
We’re upgrading our Jira Service Management (JSM) experience by moving from our current Data Center infrastructure to Jira Service Management Cloud, hosted in Australia. This change is planned for late August or early September (exact date to be confirmed) and will bring improved performance, reliability, and access to new features.
This is also part of our transition to a global service desk model now that we are part of Valiantys, and reflects the ongoing development of Valiantys’ Managed Services offering.
As part of this change:
- New support portal: https://totalcare.valiantys.com
- New support email: totalcare@valiantys.com
- You’ll see more of the Valiantys name – same AU-based team, just aligned globally
- Our Advanced Managed Service will now be called Total Care – everything else stays the same
- Login change: All JSM clients will move from using internal accounts to logging in with their Atlassian account.
- If you already have an Atlassian account linked to your current email, we’ll grant you access automatically.
- If you don’t have one, you’ll receive an email inviting you to create your Atlassian account before the migration date.
We’re also pleased to announce Peter Nicholos as our new Manager for Managed Services. Peter brings deep experience in service operations and enterprise delivery. Jeffery isn’t leaving – he’s moving into a global role, focused on building new offerings for our Managed Services clients worldwide.
What you need to know:
- No action is required from your team right now – we’ll guide you through any login changes when the time comes
- Your data and issues will all be retained
- Minimal service interruption is expected – details to follow closer to the date
