Atlassian Consultant

GLiNTECH, a Valiantys company, is looking for an Atlassian Consultant to join our team, partnering with clients to deliver tailored Atlassian Cloud solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes. This is a hands-on consulting role where you’ll combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement to support organisations through their transformation journeys.
About the role:
As an Atlassian Consultant, you will:
- Deliver tailored Atlassian Cloud solutions (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) that align with client goals and deliver tangible value
- Guide clients through system modernisation and cloud migration initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and best-practice implementations
- Play a key role across the full consulting lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through to delivery and optimisation
- Support user adoption through effective enablement, training, and change management strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive delivery across client engagements
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic and technical insights to support long-term success
About you:
- Experienced in client-facing roles, with the ability to build credibility and strong working relationships
- Passionate about Cloud technologies and the Atlassian ecosystem
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira Software, Jira Service Management and Confluence
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable navigating complex challenges
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
- Confident managing competing priorities, risks, and technical dependencies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working with or strong exposure to the Atlassian ecosystem
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions
- Full working rights in Australia

Our Hiring Process:
- After being shortlisted, you will receive a phone call so we can get to know you beyond your application. If you are successful to go to the next stage, you will be invited to attend a Zoom interview with HR and the Hiring Manager.
- In this interview, we will share our company vision, culture and team dynamics. We will chat about the position, opportunities for growth and hear why you are a good fit for this role. If we are all happy to continue, you will then have the opportunity for a 2nd interview.
- This 2nd interview is about the technical aspects of the role and your experience. A team member, the Hiring Manager and a Director will attend this meeting and if successful, an employment offer will be made within 72 hours.
