Atlassian Consultant

GLiNTECH is looking for an Atlassian Consultant to join our team. This is a hands-on consulting role where you'll work closely with clients to deliver Atlassian Cloud solutions, deliver transformation initiatives, and provide strategic and technical advice throughout the project lifecycle.
You will also have the opportunity to expand your expertise in Rovo, AI-enabled solutions and emerging agentic technologies as these capabilities continue to evolve across the Atlassian ecosystem.
About the role:
As an Atlassian Consultant, you will:
- Deliver end-to-end Atlassian Cloud migration and transformation projects.
- Design and implement tailored solutions across Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management and Rovo.
- Translate business and technical requirements into practical delivery plans, roadmaps and successful outcomes.
- Deliver projects in line with agreed scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards while proactively managing risks and dependencies.
- Facilitate Agile and hybrid delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, release coordination and go-live activities.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, providing strategic and technical guidance throughout their transformation journey.
- Support the full consulting lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through to implementation, optimisation and user adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery Managers and Consultants to deliver seamless client outcomes and contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimates and delivery planning.
About you:
- Experience delivering enterprise technology, cloud migration or digital transformation projects.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on exposure to Atlassian Rovo or other AI-enabled technologies.
- Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and build strong client relationships.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with the Atlassian ecosystem.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Full Australian working rights.
Highly regarded:
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud migrations, security or governance.
- Experience administering and configuring Atlassian products.
- Exposure to Atlassian Rovo, AI-enabled workflows or agentic solution development.

Our Hiring Process:
- After being shortlisted, you will receive a phone call so we can get to know you beyond your application. If you are successful to go to the next stage, you will be invited to attend a Zoom interview with HR and the Hiring Manager.
- In this interview, we will share our company vision, culture and team dynamics. We will chat about the position, opportunities for growth and hear why you are a good fit for this role. If we are all happy to continue, you will then have the opportunity for a 2nd interview.
- This 2nd interview is about the technical aspects of the role and your experience. A team member, the Hiring Manager and a Director will attend this meeting and if successful, an employment offer will be made within 72 hours.
