Overview

The data stored in AWS is used to publish your space content and maintain the configuration of your app.

The data stored does not include any information about the customer instance, the customer themselves, or authentication credentials. In the cases where the app does store user information, the data is depersonalized and GLiNTECH abides by Atlassian's strict Personal Data Reporting requirements.

Security

GLiNTECH employees are responsible for the security of all data that may come to them, regardless of format. Only authorized GLiNTECH employees have access to the application. When accessing the application, each employee must authenticate with their individual authentication credentials.

GLiNTECH monitors system health and integrity from Sydney, Australia.

We align ourselves with Atlassian's Security Severity Levels and as a Silver Atlassian Marketplace partner, we adhere to their security requirements for Cloud Applications.

We are also participating in the Atlassian Marketplace Security Bug Bounty Program.

If you believe you have found a vulnerability or have experienced a security breach involving a GLiNTECH Cloud app, please raise a security incident.

Privacy

GLiNTECH is committed to protecting your personal information. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy

Reporting Issues

At GLiNTECH we take any reports of vulnerabilities seriously. If you encounter a security issue with any of our software or services, please report it by raising a security incident.

We have internal SLAs that adhere to Atlassian Security Bug Fix Policy timelines and are committed to addressing security issues promptly.
