Atlassian Cloud price changes: What customers need to know before October 2026

Atlassian has announced upcoming pricing updates across its Cloud portfolio, with changes taking effect on 13 October 2026 (PT). With this date approaching, it is important to plan ahead so you can understand the potential impact, minimise unnecessary costs and maximise the value of your Atlassian investment.

What products are affected?

Teamwork Collection: Standard +7-10%, Premium +7-10%, Enterprise +8%.
Service Collection: Standard +7.5%, Premium +7.5%, Enterprise +10%.
Jira Cloud: Standard +7-10%, Premium +7-10%, Enterprise +8%.
Confluence Cloud: Standard +7-10%, Premium +7-10%, Enterprise +8%.
Bitbucket Cloud Premium: +10%.
Jira Product Discovery: Standard +5%, Premium +5%.
Atlassian Guard: Standard +3%, Premium +5%.
Atlassian Government Cloud: Jira +8%, Confluence +8%, Service Collection/JSM +10%, Guard +5%.
The 5-user minimum will also be removed from the Bitbucket Cloud Premium plan structure.

These changes support Atlassian's continued investment across its Cloud platform, particularly in areas such as:

AI and connected work - continued development of Teamwork Graph, Rovo, AI agents and new ways to connect context across applications.
Security and reliability - strengthened enterprise infrastructure, expanded compliance capabilities, improved observability and ongoing platform resilience.
Cross-app productivity - new AI-powered capabilities across Jira, Confluence and Service Collection that help teams turn organisational context into action.
