Overview

Build the skills to confidently administer, standardise and govern your Jira Cloud environment.

This flexible instructor-led learning pathway combines three complementary Atlassian Team Training courses into a comprehensive Jira Cloud Administration program. Designed for Jira Cloud App Administrators, the program equips participants with the practical knowledge and hands-on experience required to configure, manage and scale Jira Cloud across their organisation.

Beginning with global configuration and permissions, participants progress through standardising projects using schemes, custom fields and workflows before learning governance, automation and ongoing administration best practices. Throughout the program, attendees work in a dedicated sandbox environment, reinforcing their learning through practical exercises and instructor-led demonstrations.

Unlike a traditional three-day course, this learning pathway gives you the flexibility to schedule each module when it best suits your team. Deliver the training over consecutive days or spread it across several weeks, allowing participants to apply what they've learned between sessions and return with questions and real-world experience. Learning Path

This learning pathway consists of three progressive modules.

Each module builds on the previous one, giving administrators a structured path from foundational configuration through to enterprise governance.
