Overview

Build the skills to confidently administer your Atlassian organisation, from managing users and product access through to app governance, Rovo and organisation-wide security.

This flexible instructor-led learning pathway combines two complementary Atlassian Team Training courses into a comprehensive Organisation Administration program. Designed for Atlassian Organisation Administrators, the program provides the practical knowledge and hands-on experience needed to manage sites, subscriptions, users, apps and security across an Atlassian Cloud organisation.

Participants begin by exploring the Atlassian organisation landscape and learning how to manage sites, subscriptions, users and access. They then progress to managing app changes and integrations, administering Rovo, and securing their organisation with Atlassian Guard. Throughout the program, attendees work in a dedicated sandbox environment, reinforcing their learning through practical exercises and instructor-led demonstrations.

Deliver the training over consecutive days or spread it across several weeks, allowing participants to apply what they've learned between sessions and return with questions and real-world experience. Learning Path

The Atlassian Organisation Administration learning pathway consists of two progressive modules.

Together, they provide Organisation Administrators with the skills required to manage the people, products and security of their Atlassian Cloud organisation.

2. Org Admin: Manage apps and security (5.5 hours)

Org admin: Manage Sites, Subscriptions and Users

Build a strong foundation in Atlassian Organisation Administration by learning how your organisation is structured and how to manage its sites, subscriptions, users and access. This module focuses on giving administrators the visibility and control needed to manage access efficiently while making effective use of product licences.

Org admin: Manage Apps and Security

Extend your Organisation Administration skills by learning how to manage app changes and integrations, administer Rovo and strengthen security across your Atlassian organisation. This module introduces the tools and controls available to safely manage change, monitor AI activity and apply organisation-wide authentication and data security policies.
