Onboard to Rovo

Overview

Learn how to use Rovo to find, understand and act on information, create and improve content, and reduce repetitive manual work with AI.

Participants begin by learning how to search, chat and create with Rovo before progressing to finding, using and building Rovo Agents and automating repeatable work. Throughout the program, attendees explore practical examples of how Rovo can support their day-to-day work and use a dedicated sandbox environment to reinforce their learning through hands-on exercises and instructor-led demonstrations.

Unlike a traditional two-day course, this learning pathway gives you the flexibility to schedule each module when it best suits your team. Deliver the training over consecutive days or spread it across several weeks, allowing participants to apply what they've learned between sessions and return with questions and real-world experience. This approach supports better knowledge retention while minimising disruption to business operations.

Learning Path

The Onboard to Rovo learning pathway consists of two progressive modules.

Each module builds on the previous one, giving participants the skills required to confidently use Rovo to find information, work with AI, create content and automate repeatable tasks.

Build a strong foundation in Rovo by learning how to find information, interact effectively with AI and create high-quality prompts. This module introduces the core Rovo experience and shows participants how to use AI to generate and improve content, search for information and conduct deeper research.

Onboard to Rovo: Create AI agents and automation

Build on your Confluence skills by learning how to organise and share information effectively. This module focuses on helping teams keep content easy to find, manage access appropriately and bring information from other applications into Confluence using Smart Links.
